Explanation

Many of my conveyer belts have stopped moving. They have items but they do not move and I can remove/replace sections and they will simply leave a gap. Clearing them does not help even if I go all they way back to Miners (they no longer output anything) or Harvesters (they stay full). Removing/Replacing Miners do not solve the problem.
This is for my main production of red data so it's a big thing to re-create from scratch, if that would even fix it.
Other parts work as they should so it's not a global thing but seems to be a certain "path" through my factories.
