Explanation

One of my islands have stopped producing, i.e. all miners and oil drills output no material and harvester also.
I worked around this by adding alternate supply but now operators, including splitters, have randomly stopped throughput unless I clear them (as I would a belt) but it happens every 10 seconds or so making it impossible to maintain any charge. I'm doing the final building, all inputs ready to go, but this problem makes it impossible for me to finish.
