Enhance Level Verticality and Portal Wall Placement for Improved Strategy
Level Design: The levels are ok/good but could be improved. The two major points that I’ve heard and agree with are 1) increase level verticality to allow for greater player mobility/strategy 2) increase the variety/placement of portal walls. This point being crucial. As it stands, portaling does not seem to be a critical strategy only because of the lack of locations to quickly place a level traversing portal for strategic play. A balancing act to be sure, but I’m sure this can be found to bring portaling back to being a necessary tool in the kit for players to have fun and excel at winning.
