Improve Melee Combat Efficiency: Halo-Style Damage and Speed

Melee Damage and Speed of follow up attack: Mimic Halo in relation to melee damage. 1 hit behind=kill. 2 hits front=kill. Flags/balls=1 hit kill. Melee speed should be increased to allow for rapid hits when up close. Too many times you'll have someone mashing the melee button in close with an opponent but is limited by the refresh of the melee attack and loses an encounter they may have other wise won.
