One of the biggest issues in this game is that LEOs can tow vehicles anywhere at any time. We do get the option to report these players, but only limited one at a time so punishment is not an effective tool obviously.

I would like to implement a clear tow rule where the officer should require evidence/witness (another officer), verbal warning or ticket first. Or if the vehicle is obviously illegally parked, obstructing traffic, abandoned, or involved in a crime.

In addition to this, it should require justification such as a dropdown box with options such as illegal parking, obstruction, abandoned, evidence hold etc. This makes logs more useful rather than just simply listing out the players who did them and it discourages random towing.

Also, it would be nice to have a requirement for an addition partner approval for certain cases. It adds realism to RP instead of insta-tow.

This isn't about punishing officers but it's about preventing abuse, improving realism and reducing player frustration. I really hope you guys take this in consideration. You could add a whole separate towing career as well. Thank you guys!
