I believe HCSD SEB (Special Enforcement Bureau) should get helmets itd help immersify the division and not look out of place when responding, not sure why it wasnt added in the first place but the removal of personal accessories has made SEB look completely out of place when responding to high risk scenes and honestly quite laughable when you see other SEB on duty.

You can see via the pics provided it looks very offputting/not realistic and in my opinion based off real life standards/policies itd be a direct violation to NOT wear a helmet when responding.
