Make the medical bags in the MCJ equipment room actually grabbable;
As a deputy that works in the MCJ a lot, it's annoying when inmates (or other LEOs) get beat up and require medical, but EMS is either not online or takes 30 minutes to show up, and by that time the person needing medical is dead. To combat this, I think it'd be reasonable to make the medical bags in the equipment room able to be grabbed so that LEOs can give BLS care, to give medical a chance to actually show up before someone dies.
