Decrease the XP amount for civilians, it is really grindy and diabolical for a civilian to be grinding hours to become 3000 XP for the highest rank within the civilian team possible. Some people want to try out Ventura Highway Patrol, but it’s not easy because they have to sit hours for a minimum amount of XP and they have to wait for the XP cooldown about 10 minutes. It’s not really fair for people that are actually enjoying the game like me, we shouldn’t be sitting and grinding hours for a minimum wage of XP.
