Add Vest Storage and Wearable Option for Gun Lockers in Roleplay

For gun lockers e.g. the RMR have two options for the Hip Holster and dropleg holster on all teams. Make it so you can put vests in your trunk and the ability to put it on so you can wear it on certain scenes.
