Project Ventura is seeming a little dead in areas it shouldent. Thats why im sugessting AI traffic. (actually smart), It can know traffic laws and it can have multible settings. You can switch to turn it off, set the amont of cars per 100000 studs from 1-12. Twelve being the the highest, obviously, and veice versa with one.
