Give EMS Clinical Staff+ unique uniforms/insignia

Currently, only Paramedic has a unique uniform with one line of text on their patch being different, while other roles above them revert to using EMT patches
Give them either somewhat unique uniforms (like the MRMC uniform accessible in the wards) or add rank insignia to the existing uniforms, similar to how LEO supervisors get chevrons and other details to signify their seniority
