Mandatory Interaction Recording Requirement for Police Officers

If a police officer fails to record a mandatory interaction, it can lead to disciplinary action, departmental investigations, and reduced credibility in court, where juries may be allowed to infer the missing footage would have favored the civilian. In cases of bad faith (e.g., intentional deactivation), a jury might disregard the officer's testimony entirely.

Courts may apply "no tape, no testimony" rules, allowing juries to devalue an officer’s testimony if they find the failure to record was unreasonable or in bad faith.

Until the responsibility falls on PD in this game I’m cool on it cus this is some horrible RP
