it is not legal in the United States for police officers to receive direct financial rewards, bonuses, or commissions for the number of tickets they write or arrests they make. That being said. I understand people want to rank up, but all that has been happening are dirty cops getting thirsty for XP and arresting people for nothing, or hitting them with different charges, all types of stuff. Maybe make them lose xp for dying then or can you add a way to watch everyone’s game play. So if someone is just be dirty get rid of them. IRL cops have body cams to prevent this. I see yall have them but can you make them work or something…idk it’s just stressful
