Add a job named City Ambassador, this job would play two key roles. First, the City Ambassador would be at spawn points, answering any general questions (The amount of questions I get like how do I start the car is crazy). Secondly, City Ambassadors could also assist around the city by guiding players to important locations (Insurance, Job Areas, dealerships, police stations, etc), explaining server rules when needed, and helping organize or promote community events. This would encourage roleplay, improve player retention, and create a more welcoming environment overall.
