UPDATE VHP: MAKE UNDERCOVER AND MORE AUTHORITY because these recruits and deputys are always annyoing shooting random civs like i was parked then a deputy shot me randomly so i think we need undercover uniforms and unmarked vehicles and more authority but not like sbi make it so if we are higher xp then the other team liek sherrif, fcpd we can detain them for certain things
