Hey so I don’t work for Dispatch but I am full time EMS and a volunteer FF. I have some ideas about the cad system that David and whoever else overlooks this may like. First thing that should be done is have a whitelisted or locked dispatch team with access only allowed to certain people, because, let’s be honest these people who’d pay or grind out XP for it act real sped in game. Dispatchers should receive a 911 call first, and be able to look at the map and see units close by and dispatch those specific units. Dispatchers should have access to certain buttons to “Signal 100” the radio and now allow traffic to come through during an emergency. I have more suggestions but I’d need to show pictures, I can pull up a form from my cad irl (obv id have to block out certain things that would violate hipaa) but for the most part you would get the idea.
