Create a K9 system or modify the existing one to allow the dog to alert to the presence of illegal substances or firearms on a person or in a vehicle.

Now that the K9 system is working, it would be very beneficial for it to have a purpose beyond attack and track suspects and would integrate well with the existing substance system.
