Restore Original Colors and Visibility for Less-Lethal Equipment in Roleplay

Less-lethal tweaks suggestion:

  • Sheriff's Department in-game used to have an orange tone of beanbags (and probably the 40mm less lethal as well) before it was matched with the color for Florence Police (green). It's less accurate to real life.
  • Restore the visible 40mm less lethal as it was slinged around the chest before. Currently, this weapon is invisible when it's stored in person unlike the beanbag.
