Enhance Sheriff Team Vehicles and Gear in Project Ventura

I think they should do more for the Sheriff team. I'm Cap and I don't think the cars are cool. We only have the Crown Vic UC, Silverado UC, and the old Thao. But how about a Dodge UC, or a 2021 Thao UC, or a Slickstop? The PD has better and cooler cars than the Sheriff, which is annoying. We should get better clothing, like vests or belts. The SBI vests have pens and stuff; it just looks cool. I'd make one for the Sheriff too. What I'm trying to say is that the Sheriff team is simply neglected, which is a shame.
