Fix/update SBI uniforms and accessories. At present, SBI uniforms are very limited and many of the accessories are broken. For instance, the SBI jacket comes in three parts on the menu (torso, right sleeve, left sleeve) but you can only wear one accessory/part of the jacket at a time. Adding a newer and updated locker system and more uniform options, as well as vests and jackets that are similar to those FCPD and HCSD would enhance role play on SBI.
