Faces not working

With the new Roblox update that was pushed out, faces no longer work correctly in Ventura, as they're not considered heads. By removing the package restriction on heads and allowing players to wear their own heads will fix the problem with the faces. As of right now, I have to wear a face accessory that acts as a classic face, but isn't because of the package restrictions.

(No attachments needed, just join Ventura and look at everyone being forced to use the default Roblox smiley face.)
