So when people get shot in the limb they will usually lose that limb and there is nothing they can do to regain that limb other then fully dying i believe EMS should be able to transport the person who lost the limb to a hospital and regain the limb back so it would work a person missing the limb is at the scene EMS arrives they would stabilize the person with the BLS bag so they don't lose blood and die which is something i also believe should be added the EMS finds the missing lim after being stabilized the EMS loads the person into their ambulance and drives the person to the nearest hospital where they bring the person in to the nearest bed and lay them down and the person has to lay down on a bed for around 1-2 min depending on how many limbs are missing the EMS would have to hold E for 30 seconds to reattach the limb and the person would lay there for the amount of time said above 1-2 min and then they would be free to go with all limbs. (if you want it to be more realistic make it so EMS has to retrieve the limb and bring it back with to the hospital they would get a ice box on their vehicle)
