Add onto the forensics part of SBI/detective.

This means a more in-depth look into blood and being able to test it for profilr matches, fingerprint test?, being able to identify bodies and see what they've been injured/killed by weapon type. Could possibly have a new testing device in the back of vehicle trunks or make a lab upstairs of the sbi building which isn't in use.
