Suggestion for VIX Security Team Progression

Hello, I would like to suggest an improvement for the VIX Security team progression system.

Currently, the ranking system does not feel very rewarding, as there are limited differences between lower and higher ranks. To improve gameplay and give players a stronger sense of progression, I suggest adding rank-based equipment and permissions.

For example:

Lower ranks (Recruit / Junior Security):
Basic uniform
Standard pistol
Limited access to vehicles
Mid ranks (Security Officer / Senior Security):
Improved armor (light vest)
Access to better weapons (SMGs or shotguns)
More vehicle options
Ability to respond to higher-risk situations
High ranks (Supervisor / Commander):
Heavy armor / tactical gear
Access to advanced weapons (rifles)
Special units (tactical response)
Command permissions (coordinate teams, give orders)

This system would:

Make ranking up feel meaningful
Encourage long-term play
Improve realism and roleplay quality
Differentiate experienced players from new ones
