It could be a great help to the players to know wich are the team role,procedures to make the teams actions legal according the venture law and penal code.

Some players of the game, dont know the existence of this official guide, by the way the citizens or including some polices deparments dont know well, wich are the JD of each team.

In a personal experience, some people get confused in the port area, example: FCPD have JD in port too wich is shared with sherrif deparment and now with the Port Police.
