Other departments already have access to vehicles like Chargers, Challengers, and even Mustangs, which are built for higher speed pursuits. Right now, JPD doesn’t have anything comparable, which puts us at a disadvantage when those situations come up. A practical solution would be to keep the Explorers we already use, but upgrade them to the Explorer ST trim, or consider transitioning the fleet to the ST model altogether so we have a better balance of performance and capability.
