Enhancement of Inmate Management Options for Corrections Deputies

Corrections Deputys have a rough time being in control of the Milano Central Jail most of the time. This is due to the fact that no punishments can be given to the inmate other then placing them in a cell only for the inmate to immidiately start fighting back again.

This suggestion is to give HCSD the ability to send prisoners to solitary confinement or add time to their sentence (max of like 5 minutes added) based on any crimes they commit while in custody.

Also maybe allow for the doors to have a little slot capable of letting deputies uncuff inmates from outside their cell.. A lot of inmates like to immidiately start fighting back when uncuffed which causes issues..
