3 Magistrate Judges per server

• These positions are exclusive and may only be held Founder/Lifetime members (Government perk)
• No bypasses, no exceptions.

1. Warrant & Search Warrant System When LEO requests a warrant: Process

2. Officer submits a detailed written report explaining:• What happened

   • How probable cause was established

3. A Magistrate Judge receives an automatic message in‑game system notifying them of the request.

   • Approve or deny the warrant

Outcome
• Approved,Officer may execute the warrant.
• Denied: Officer must gather more evidence or rewrite the report.

This forces officers to justify their actions, prevents abuse.

1. Appeals System

Magistrate Judges handle all appeals, including:

A. Removal of Arrests or Citations

A player must:

• Appear in court
• Present evidence (clip)
• Prove the arrest or citation was:• False
• Incorrect
• Unlawful
• Or based on misunderstanding

If successful, the Magistrate Judge may:

• Remove the arrest/citation

B. “Good Behavior” Appeals

If a player has a valid arrest but wants it removed:

• They must appear in court
• Explain how they have changed
• Show they are no longer a threat
• Provide RP justification

Magistrate Judge decides whether to:

• Remove the record

Felonies cannot be removed by SBI.
Only a Magistrate Judge may:

• Expunge

2. Courtroom Rules & Security
   • The courtroom is designated as a Free Zone, similar to the dealer area.• No combat
   • No arrests inside unless ordered by the judge
   • No interference with court proceedings
   • Game owner should assign which department will provide assistance, (most likely the sheriff) such as bring people inside the court and searching them, and making sure the court order is being followed.

B. Security Screening

Even though it is a Free Zone:
• All individuals entering the courtroom will be searched.
• No weapons allowed inside, including:• Guns
• Knives

This prevents chaos and protects the integrity of the court.
