Please give Ventura investigation (VBI) horns of some sort, the unmarked cars dont have horns, and the uniformed patrol dont have bullhorns, there are so many times i've wanted to just press my horn when a PED walks in front of me but i cant.

Also PLEASE MELEN GIVE US OUR OFFICES BACK, people call the VBI base to get their record expunged, and we have to manage the phone and then somehow get into our car, as our base doesnt have a single PC, and go between the 2 constantly. even if its like 4-6 tiny office cubicals
