In-game Phone Apps Enhancement

I believe phone apps should become more functional.

Right now all we have is the call app and contacts app that are actively used. Heres a list of examples i'd like to see personally:

-Notepad app: Given functionality to take ingame notes.

-A Social Media App: Similar to the twitter app in Perries, this app would act as a messanging tool.

-Weather: Be used to check the current and potential future forecasts such as forecasts for thunderstorms or rain.
