Currently the VC radio system is very nice and useful. However many vehicles have loud engines, making it impossible to hear radio. Of these vehicles, many you cannot control the engine noise with the settings in game.

I suggest either, lowering loud engines (Such as the VBI Charger/Challenger Models), or allowing insert vehicle engine sounds to be effected by the settings in-game (Currently they are not effected by altering that setting). Alternatively you can raise the volume of the VC radio slightly.
