CHEM Update- Make chems droppable to have a minimarket of player based sellers/buyers. This could create a great user base for the members in 'clubs' and overall civilian interactions. This would also increase the number of chem based arrests leading to SBI having a greater purpose in the NARCO division. I believe this would allow for a more realistic approach to chems as not everyone knows how to sneak in and out efficiently.
