Enhance Arrest and Escalation Procedures for Realistic Roleplay

Officers should be allowed to detain or arrest players based on what they personally witness. Recording should be encouraged, but it is not required for an arrest to be valid. If a suspect disagrees with an arrest and escalates to SBI, there needs to be a real RP reason. Saying “I didn’t do anything” by itself is not enough to force an officer to release someone. SBI can review any evidence that exists, including officer statements and recordings if available. However, officers should not be forced to let a suspect go just because they weren’t recording at the time. If a suspect claims they are innocent, they should be able to explain or show why in RP. Escalating just to avoid consequences or stall RP should not be allowed. This would keep things fair for both officers and civilians and prevent people from abusing escalation to get out of trouble.
