Supervisor+ (Low Command & High Command) of all departments/agencies, be able to detain/arrest/handle cases including officers below their rank. I mean, like supervisors+, can order their officers, to come to their office, turn in their badge/shield (depends the state/city) and their gun, then proceed with administration leave or termination allowing them to be able to team-ban the officer (like staff have the permission to do so).
