Enhance Chat Moderation to Prevent Swearing and Inappropriate Language

If you can fix the issues about the chat, I know that Roblox is in the middle. The thing I'm trying to say is that sometimes we've seen people swearing or saying something in VC or by typing and Roblox uses hashtags or time-banning this person.
