Dispatch needs to have the ability to manually close the channel and provide call updates. If a new CAD system is coming out, any first responder should be able to have a mini screen to show returns when driving and what not. Also, all street names should be named and N,E,S,W should be identified. CAD should also be able to show all other types of first responders (Police, Fire, EMS) and can be filtered at will between different agencies.
