Add a wall mounted panic button at target for Vix Security, exactly like the MCJ panic button.

The button would be placed on a public wall but only Vix Security can activate it. When triggered, it would set off a loud alarm throughout target and notify law enforcement for a priority response.

This would be useful in shootouts, or armed robberies. Especially considering most Vix Security are unarmed.
