Fix and Update Fire Department Vehicles with New Additions

Please fix and update the FD in game. The trucks are all broken. one has no working lights. the other is glitched. the ladders dont wort properly on them either. also can you add a squad and a tanker to expand more. WE need the FD to be updated please
