LATERAL TRANSFER IDEA; this idea brings forth the concept most departments in real life use but in a more Roblox, role play friendly manner.

THE IDEA; Every couple months (In real life time) LEO’s are allowed to transfer departments, say I want to join the Highway Patrol and im a Lieutenant on Sheriff, For the next two months Im not allowed to join the sheriff team anymore as a lieutenant, instead I can join the Highway Patrol as a lieutenant.

PROS: allows people to get a better grasp of the map and JD’s, Also allows better role plays because you gain experience from each department. Cool feature.

Cons: For rank locked teams (like Highway patrol) this would THEORETICALLY allow players as a low rank to lateral over to highway team
WAY TO DISALLOW THAT: Only allow people who are Master deputy (HCSD) , Detective (PD), and Highway Officer II (Highway) are allowed to lateral transfer ensuring that they have enough road time to be able to properly learn the other side.

I do feel as if this would be a great addition to the game.
