The Hayward County Sheriffs Department; Special Enforcement Bureau since its release has had an outdated equipment problem when compared to the rest of the agencies in Ventura, specifically FCPD.
Theres been one problem thats always been present with HCSD, and that is their lack of helmets. Why does a literal SWAT team of the largest sheriffs department in the entirety of Ventura not have helmets?

My proposal is an extremely simple request that would give HCSD their unique tactical element back. And that would be to give them a modern, tactical and modular helmet with peripherals like the 3M PELTOR ComTac III such as:

-The Gentex Ops-Core FAST XP(FCPD has a helmet like this)

-The Team Wendy EXFIL Ballistic SL(LASD and LAPD have issued these helmets to approx 180 officers in their tactical units)
