Unlock Law Enforcement Access for Fire Department at Specific XP Levels

FD gives access to law enforcement teams at say 500/1000 XP.
Similar to EMS unlocking law enforcement, FD should too. They serve the same purpose as well as dealing with fires, RTC rps etc so it would be beneficial to get more players on team, as well as rewarding more experienced fd players.
