Give the diamond and founders members a cooldown on when they get a gun, this would prevent those users from obtaining a gun every life and committing the same crime over and over. I've had countless times a founders member rolls up with a gun and just RDMs, or is continuously fleeing and ending in a gunfight. They use it as a get out of jail free pass to commit whatever crime they like.
