get us a way to get into VBI by exp again please. because the feeling I get is that for now, people in sbi are half legit and half paying just to do whatever they want and never get arrested for it. Also, even if not considering that, it would be a good thing to get that possibility back. and you could do something like having some slots reserved for pay users and some for anyone who either pays or have enough xp as fcpd or sheriff.
