Make a better guide for newer players. Today I was on the Sheriff's time and I found a new player who was driving a bit funky, I pulled him over and he asked me he was so confused on how to play the game and gain XP on how to become a cop or just a resident in general. I just started playing this game aswell and needed experienced friends to help me figure out how to gain XP.

I believe we should have a guide menu for citizens on how to gain XP or how to figure out features such as the illegal things aswell, it's hard to play a game if there aren't any instructions on how to play, especially such a big realistic game it's hard to figure out, but I know many new players would enjoy a bit of help.

Overall, I helped him buy car insurance, showed him how to work and how to grind a bit of XP so he can become a cop like he plans too.
