Implement and Expand Cybercrime Regulations for Serious Threats and Criminal Conspiracy

The suggestion I found interesting to state was the addition and expansion of cyber-crime and criminal conspiracy related offences due to the fact that, after observing numerous communication platform posts and recordings, I discovered, among I believe numerous other community members and LEO role-players, that a great number of public messages sent using the publicly accessible resources given to players on both networking sites (Twingr and the livestream app) were created to fabricate threats of mass/minimal harm or/and threats of criminal action against significantly frequented establishments, and the most fitting example of this would be Milano Target. With all this being said, this form of feedback proposes looking into the possibilities of implementing extra regulations with the main goal of ensuring aggravated or/and non-aggravated messages and statements of threats against anyone or anything that clearly state an individual is willing to commit a crime shouldn't constantly be treated as a simple misdemeanor, but should be seen as a serious offence. This suggestion doesn't suggest making every threat of harm or act of crime on social media applications (in the phone) or in-game (while role-playing) all serious offences, however some select aggravated threats should most certainly be treated with much professionalism. Overall, I am recommending that, now that we have public media platforms available to us, and especially since most users use it to create threats, cybercrime standards and lawful regulations along with laws regarding to criminal conspiracy should be heavily expanded or atleast reviewed. Aside from this feedback message, I also recommend penal codes related to harassment of citizens and law enforcement, remarkably also because of it's frequency, should see more implementations along with the new Halo law that was applied by a member of corporate but a charge to force and ensure the enforcement of that guideline specifically is still yet to be added.
