🚗 Driver’s License System (Realistic RP Suggestion)
📋 Overview

Players must obtain a valid driver’s license before legally operating vehicles. Driving without one can lead to fines, vehicle impound, or arrest

🧍‍♂️ Step 1: Enrollment
Players go to the DMV / Licensing Center (NPC or player-run job).
Pay an application fee (e.g. $500–$1,000 in-game).

Receive a Learner’s Permit.
📚 Step 2: Theory Test
Multiple-choice quiz (5–10 questions).
Covers:
Traffic signs
Speed limits
Right of way
DUI laws
Must score at least 80% to pass.
Fail = cooldown (e.g. 10–30 minutes before retry).

🚘 Step 3: Practical Driving Test
Instructor (NPC or player instructor role).
Route includes:
City driving
Parking test
Highway section
Automatic fail conditions:
Running red lights
Crashing
Excessive speeding
Minor mistakes deduct points.
🪪 License Issuance

After passing:

Player receives a Driver’s License item (inventory-based).
Includes:
Name
DOB
License ID
Expiry date
Police can check it via /id or database lookup.
🚓 Law Enforcement Integration
Police can:
Run plates → see if driver is licensed
Issue citations for:
No license
Expired license
Suspended license
Repeat offenses → license suspension system
⛔ Penalties & Points System
Each violation adds points:
Speeding = +1
Reckless driving = +2
DUI = +5
Max points (e.g. 10) = automatic suspension.
Points decay over time.
🧾 License Types (Advanced RP)
Class D – Standard vehicles
Class M – Motorcycles
Class A – Trucks / commercial vehicles
⏳ Renewals
License expires after X days (e.g. 30 IRL days).
Renewal requires small fee or quick test.
🔥 Extra Immersion Ideas
Driving school job for players
DMV employee whitelist job
Fake IDs (illegal RP opportunity)
Insurance system tied to license status
