Enhance Fire/EMS Department with New Features, Fixes, and Improvements

Fire/EMS Expansion, Fixes, and potential update ideas.

The largest complaint I've seen from FD players is it gets quite boring, there's no real XP gain from fires, little to no fires that are able to be fought, and in general little to no love to the department as a whole. Here's some ideas to spice it up, and show a bit of love to EMS as-well.

  1. Fix the Hawthorne FD Station, 138 or 131.

The vehicle spawner for it is currently broken, there's collision glitches with the bays, and in general it's kind of just there, players have to drive from another station just to use that one.

  1. Add / Remodel current Apparatus.

The current set of apparatus suffer issues like the Q sirens not working, horrible understeering, old mentions from Johnson studios, and in general feel aged in comparison to the newer vehicle being added / fleshed out into the game. Remodeling the HCFD apparatus would be a good decision, possibly giving them more modern Pierce engines like LaCoFD has irl, and updating their sirens/ELS in tandem. Bringing a better draw to the looks of the equipment could bring in more players.

  1. EMS / Hospital incorporation

With the current Gun script I'd heavily suggest having a feature in the hospitals for more advanced healing. The gun script allows you to quite literally be delimbed with nothing to fix it besides being reset. Two birds one stone would be adding in that advanced system in the hospital, possibly an interactable would give more of a reason for EMS to do transports, and also allow players to recover from injuries without having to be reset.

  1. Fire System / Future Fire marshal implementation

With molotov's being a staff item currently, it would be interesting to see that brought to civilians whether through crafting or purchasing at higher costs it'd add a arson aspect to the game. Giving FD more calls to respond to but also add in room for a fire marshal role or more stuff for SBI to investigate. Naturally creating more calls for FD to interact with.

Adding onto that having SEVERE accidents entrap people rather than instantly ejecting and killing them could bring more chances for FD to do things. Just some ideas.

  1. More FD inserts

With JPD being added to the game it would be interesting to see some Juniper FD assets be put up as inserts, whether that's a 2020 JFD F550 Medic, JFD Pierce Engine, or JFD Batt. Chief truck I think it'd be a cool expansion with these units being able to be used in the southside area of the map coordinating with the JPD jurisdiction. Adds more cool content for FD, but also is another source for income. Compton FD could be a cool reference point for the liveries and style.

Some general ideas I had and wanted to throw into the ringer. It'd be dope to see some of these considered, thank you guys for everything you do to keep the game pushing.
