ABILITY TO HIDE LICENSE PLATES AND OR PUT FAKE PLATES ON OUR VEHICLES SO WE CAN CONCEAL OUR IDENTITIES WHEN RUNNING FROM THE POLICE. THERES ALREADY CHARGES FOR OBSTRCUTED OR NO LICENSE PLATE.
