Civilian Port Job
Currently the port is exclusively only used for illegal activty and makes it near impossible for PPD to not metagame since why else would a civ be there?

I propose adding a trucking system which will work in tandem with the port. Either as a new job team or just a normal civ job, there would be a job to work at the port. It would consist of filling a semi truck up with stuff and then transporting that stuff to any of the businesses on the map.

This is a good idea because; it'd give the port multipule uses and a reason to go in there, thered be another interactive fun job for civs, Gives the port actual use outside of chems and, would probably give the highway more use and VHP could use it more due to the semis.
