with the availability of purchasing server performance coming soon, the incentive to be a good citizen needs to be increased. im saying this assuming that the map will be expanded and the player count will be increased. there is too much crim everywhere even with just 100 players and it will be teribble with any more and a bigger map. I suggest that increasing the money / rewards for good citizen things, such as not killing someone for so long while actively playing would give you a reward or add some sort of thing like an objective to visit some sort of places so people have a difined place to go and so the street would have more carefull drivers etc. there just has to be some balance change to make people want to be good citizens and not go shoot people etc. along with this however, there needs to be some limitation for police teams. one way for it would having official department policies made so proper investigations can occur and people shouldnt get so many bogus tickets / arrests. Lastly there should be more of a requirement for law enforcment teams and when the map gets expanded there should be a complete wipe if some sort of these suggetions gets implemented.
